Great service from female staffs today. They were very helpful in finding something right for me. Clean, spacious and well lit store. Vast range of chocolate and it is also suitable for vegans. I had the dark hot chocolate takeaway but I thought the cups were paper thin and were made so the drink couldn’t be too hot. It was warm and not hot. Chocolate quality very good though.

As usual all well stocked and with good prices. There is always something for your liking at Hotel Chocolat. This time we bought a bottle of gin to offer a friend for her birthday. You get discounts with your VIP card. Staff were nice and service was fast.
